    2019 ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S®

    On Saturday, November 2, Lindley Law completed the 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer’s® in Charlotte, North Carolina.  It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the many people affected by the disease and to celebrate the efforts to find a cure.   Our firm is also proud to announce it exceeded its $5,000 fundraising goal by raising $6,252!  Thank you to all who donated.  With your help, we are that much closer to finding a cure.

    On November 2, 2019, Lindley Law will participate in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzhiemer’s ®.  This will be the second year we participate in the Charlotte walk, one of more than 600 nationwide, to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer’s. A significant portion of our practice is devoted to protecting the elderly and those suffering from all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s, from fraud schemes and elder abuse.  This is an issue near and dear to our hearts, and we are excited to make a positive impact!     Happy May!

    It’s hard to believe we have been in our new location for a month!  We made the move from our previous location on McDowell Street to a beautiful converted historic home in Fourth Ward and are enjoying all the charm the area has to offer. The new space also provides us with plenty of room to grow! There are six offices available for lease, and we look forward to meeting potential tenants.     Welcome Katherine Cassidy

    We are thrilled to announce our newest employee, Katherine Cassidy, has joined the firm as a paralegal. Katherine grew up in Mocksville, North Carolina with one older brother. Following her graduation from Davie County High School she attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While at UNC-Charlotte she was an active member of Delta Zeta Sorority where she held multiple leadership positions, she was also a member of Alpha Phi Sigma, The National Criminal Justice Honors Society, and Pi Sigma Alpha, The National Political Science Honors Society.     Lindley Law is Proud to Announce Our New Office Location

    Lindley Law is taking the next step towards becoming Charlotte’s premiere boutique litigation firm. With the purchase of 326 West Tenth Street in the historic Fourth Ward neighborhood of uptown Charlotte, Lindley Law will have space for growth and development. Conveniently located between exits 3B and 4 off I-277, it is only a mile and a half from our current office location and two blocks from Fourth Ward Park.     Lindley Law Welcomes Ryan McIntyre

    Please join us in welcoming Ryan McIntyre, our newest associate, to Lindley Law, PLLC.  He grew up in New York and attended Cornell University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Economics. While at Cornell, he was a member of the Varsity Lightweight Rowing Team. Upon graduation, he relocated to Winston-Salem and attended Wake Forest University School of Law where he participated in the Wake Forest Pro Bono Project, a Micro-Trade Development Clinic in Nicaragua, the Law and Business Clinic and the Litigation Clinic.
